How do we assist our clients?

No building is straight forward, neither is any build. There are a variety of technical aspects to consider, and you must keep in mind that most buildings are prototypes, so trying to understand how to manage mechanical infrastructure and create a method of maintaining a flowing structure can be difficult to near impossible. That is where we come in: we look into your project, work out short falls and implement a written structure of guide lines, Not to merely assist the facility manager, but also control the flow of service work to be conducted.

Are new jobs all we do?
The short answer is no.
We look into all types of technical problems, and when required, involve highly qualified personnel that will give you the best advice required for the project. Our passion for all projects is to establish; a professionally handled, clear and transparent relationship between the client and First InSite .

What type of complex systems have we looked at?
At this moment we are looking into a project for VIDRL (Victorian Infectious Disease Research Laboratories). This project involves the implementation of technical Standard Operating Procedures and safe work method statements to assist as part of a complicated automated system. This also includes the development of new control measures that can be universally adapted to all Quarantine and Containment Facilities.

What is New
First Insite is currently investing in digital technology and has some great new projects that will be able to enhance and revolutionize the way we are able to manage resources, train personnel, audit asset and assign critical infrastructure.
We are currently developing in partnership with DremAR a new AR (augmented reality) system, to assist our clients.
